Greater Anglia

Greater Anglia operates train services across Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire, as well as services between London Liverpool Street and key destinations in the East of England, including Norwich, Ipswich, Colchester, Cambridge, Stansted Airport and Southend Victoria. The network covers more than 130 stations.

The train operator recently introduced new trains on every service, featuring industry-leading accessibility, including retractable ramps on all trains and level boarding at many stations. Local passenger numbers have increased by 20% compared with pre-pandemic levels.

Expansion of the network is underway, with new stations at Beaulieu Park and Cambridge South scheduled to open in October 2025 and early 2026, respectively.
